About Aidan Ankarberg

My Story

Hello, my name is Aidan Ankarberg and I am running to be the next State Representative from Rochester Ward 3. My parents Mark and Denise adopted me when I was still just a young child and I am forever grateful for this.  Both of my parents spent their entire careers working for the Nashua School Department teaching and administering the district wide English as a second language program from its infancy to one of the leading programs in the region. As a result of this upbringing, I grew up surrounded by a diverse array of cultures and belief systems that have helped shape the views of the world which we live today.  In 2014 I met my wife Kaitlin and in 2017 we were married at the Little Harbor Chapel in Portsmouth and our reception was held at the Governors Inn here in Rochester.  I have to say I fell in love with the city at that time and Rochester will forever be a part of my families lives it was truly a special day for us.  On August 1st 2018 we welcomed our daughter Addison into this world and from that time on she has become the focus of all of my efforts and passion on this earth.  I hold a degree in history from SNHU and it is due to my appreciation of the subject and the love of my family that I now take this step towards public office for the good of my family and yours.  They say those who do not learn from the past are destined to repeat the mistakes of the past and that is not a road I am prepared to go down.
